An Imbolc day, Full Moon, Spiral of Life journey of release, renewal, and joy, to call back the light — no experience needed.
Come as you are: dance, sway or rest. This is your space to move how you feel, claim your freedom to heal, and come home to yourself.

Winter Solstice Transformational Gathering

A Sacred Sound & Movement Healing Journey

To release, recharge, reconnect, and re-envision — and dance our way into new beginnings.

You are warmly invited to a Winter Solstice Transformational Gathering, held in the sacred Temple space at Bridge to Paradise,
Bridgetown, Nova Scotia.

This is an evening of visioning, ceremony, breath, sound, and embodied renewal as we honour the return of the light.

✨ Schedule & Flow

4:00 PM — Arrival, Vision Crafting & Heart Sharing

We begin with a welcoming heart circle and a sharing craft table, creating powerful vision boards while holding space for one another:

our struggles and longings
our desires and laughter
our lessons and blessings
our loving presence and compassion

Between moments of sharing, we will chant beautiful and empowering solstice mantras together.

A large pot of warm herbal tea will be available throughout.

You are welcome to bring a nourishing snack to share.

(I do not eat when I am in my Priestess role, but a warm, nourishing soup will be available for anyone who needs grounding.
If you have dietary needs, please let me know — I will prepare an extra pot.)

Temple Journey — Cacao, Sound & Transformational Breathwork

We then ascend together into the sacred Temple for:

A raw Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing, and a Transformational Breathwork Journey

We will breathe out the stagnation and patterns that no longer serve, and breathe in new light

— reclaiming our power, truth, freedom, and all that we deserve.

7:00 PM — Ecstatic Dance

We move into an ecstatic dance, dancing our visions into motion and moving ourselves from darkness into returning light.

8:30 PM — Closing Circle

We gather in a closing circle with an OM and a sacred chant.

Throughout the evening, the infrared jade-crystal heat mat will be available for warmth and grounding. Healing exchanges may arise organically. We may end with another cup of tea, another bowl of soup, and a warm hug goodbye.
