These deep healing, immersive sound baths are created with crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, monochord, medicine drum, ocean drum, rattles, and channeled vocals embedded with prayers.
The vibrations and harmonies are designed to support deep rest and renewal, nervous system regulation, grounding, cellular regeneration, positive mind and spirit reset, energetic alignment and chakra balancing
This offering can be tailored for festivals, retreats, studios, and private groups, and may be created as a restorative sound journey or as a breath + sound activation, depending on the intention of the event.

Breathwork offers powerful support for both mental and physical well-being. Through conscious, gentle breathing patterns, it can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and focus, elevate mood, lower blood pressure, support digestion, and assist emotional processing by activating the body’s natural relaxation response. By increasing oxygen flow and regulating the nervous system, breathwork calms the mind, restores balance, and deepens presence. Simple techniques such as slow rhythmic breathing, box breathing, or 4-7-8 breathing may be used to support relaxation, clarity, energy, and creativity. Breathwork is always optional and offered in a grounding, beginner-friendly way, allowing each participant to engage at their own pace and comfort level. To further support the depth and safety of the breath journey, I may offer gentle, individualized energetic support through intuitive guidance and crystal acupressure, channeled with care and respect for personal boundaries.
